Kent Campervan Hire

Kent campervan hire

Beau is our beautiful blue bus. He is a real head-turner in a gorgeous shade of blue with a bright and colourful interior. He has a bespoke union jack floor, and pop top roof, making him the most patriotic campervan around.

His clever design means that no windows are covered anywhere, making him the perfect bus to see out of, and be seen in.

We purchased Beau in September 2014 and have offered him for hire since 2015.  This means he has been meticulously maintained, with our mechanic going over everything each time he comes back from a hire.
We chose Beau as he had been through a full, bare metal restoration, and we have the full photographic history to support all the work, which was completed by South West Classic VW’s.  The invoice for this alone is £16,000!  There are dozens of receipts which show the care and attention that was taken in the fully comprehensive restoration of this gorgeous van.
In order to ensure reliability, we invested in a reconditioned 1600 engine from The VW Engine company in London, which is the company used by Just Kampers for all of their engine supplies.  Their attention to detail is stunning and the engine looks, sounds and runs fantastically.  We had the full turnkey service, which means the engine comes with a 24 month warranty, which is still valid until August this year.
Since we acquired the van, we have had new front seats upholstered and fitted in red and white trim, and the rock and roll bed re-trimmed to match. The rear cushions are reversible, offering red or white seats, and we have introduced a union jack theme with the brilliant pop-up roof and floor, which has made him one of our most popular campers for holidays and weddings!  One customer was even persuaded to enter a VW show in Brighton whilst driving past, and won best in show!
Beau has a new fridge, original sink and gas hob, electric hook-up, leisure battery with split charger, LED lighting and a very cool surfboard table.  He also has a Tom Tom sat nav wired into the dash.
He has a couple of quirky features, like a sunroof and oil pressure dials fitted, which just add to his charm!  He’s appeared in Don’t Tell The Bride and was used for the launch of the last Diary of a Wimpy Kid film in the UK.
Beau even has a thermostat controlled 1600w propex heating system so he’s toasty warm all year round!
